About Rick

Rick, along with his wife Carla, welcomes you to Calvary First. Married for almost 39 years, Rick and Carla are blessed with three children and eight grandchildren. They cherish family time, enjoy good food, love having fun, and share a passion for collecting sports cards. Above all, they delight in worshiping their Savior together.

Rick and Carla also lead a connect group called Apologetics, where they guide participants in understanding what they believe, why they believe it, and how to defend their faith.

As the Pastor of Assimilation, Rick’s primary role is to help new members feel connected and create a sense of belonging within the church community. His goal extends beyond mere attendance; he aims to inspire everyone to transition from attending church to actively becoming The Church. With almost 10 years of experience, Rick has been dedicated to helping people discover and embrace their ministries.

Rick is always available to assist and support you in any way possible. At Calvary First, the commitment to loving God and His people is paramount. Rick looks forward to meeting you and helping you become an integral part of the church family.
